Engineering
The design of your thermal energy and combustion system should match your process requirements. It is not enough to make sure that your average process load is taken under consideration. There are special circumstances during system startup, warm-up, refractory cure operation and shutdown which have to be addressed. There are maintenance, access, ambient and environmental issues to be looked at. There are plant specific standards and often contradicting gas safety code (CSA B149.3) requirements. There is also Murphy's Law in form of process upsets, power outages or emergency shutdowns (ESD) which must be resolved even in the middle of the winter, during holidays and at midnight.
Putting this puzzle together is not easy.
Do your existing or contemplated thermal energy and combustion systems meet all of the above expectations? Or, are you trying to fit your process and your expectations to equipment?
ENEFEN works closely with plant personnel throughout all phases of the project to ensure that:
YOUR THERMAL ENERGY AND COMBUSTION EQUIPMENT SHOULD WORK FOR YOU ...... INSTEAD OF YOU WORKING FOR YOUR EQUIPMENT.
